COMMERCIAL USE OF IMAGES:
The images displayed on the RyteClick website are for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of these images without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
BOOKING AND RESERVATION:
Booking for photo sessions is done through the reservation system, which includes a non-refundable fee stated in the booking section. The remaining balance is due at the studio on the scheduled day of the photo session.
PETS POLICY:
Pets are welcome in the studio, but an additional fee applies for every self-shoot package. The additional fee is applicable even if the pet's photo session is separate or solo.
PROPS USAGE:
Props available in the studio are limited. Clients are encouraged to bring their own specific props to personalize their photo sessions.
DAMAGES TO STUDIO PROPERTY:
Clients are responsible for any damages caused to studio property, including but not limited to props, furniture, equipment, and backdrops. Damages will be assessed, and the client responsible for the damage is required to cover the repair or replacement costs.
STUDIO CLEANLINESS:
Clients are expected to maintain cleanliness in the studio. Any unnecessary mess, including but not limited to vomiting, pet droppings, or stains, must be cleaned by the client responsible for the mess, and additional charges may apply for cleaning services.
DIGITAL PRODUCT PAYMENTS:
Prior to accessing high-resolution digital products, clients are required to complete full payment. To guarantee client satisfaction, watermarked and low-resolution images will be provided before payment. This allows clients to preview the products and ensure they meet their expectations before finalizing the transaction.
By using RyteClick Studio's services and website, clients agree to abide by these policies. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional charges or denial of services. RyteClick Studio reserves the right to update or modify these policies as needed, and clients will be notified of any changes.
